The company made its modest entry into the Freight forwarding Industry from Mangalore, the home town of our Managing Director, Mr. Lancy Barboza and was established in the year 1988. The name is initiated from his parents, FLORINE & MICHAEL. The operations had began in a very small scale then.
In the year 1990 he shifted base to Ballard Pier, Mumbai, the following year moved to a larger office at Andheri, which is now the HEAD OFFICE. In the year 1992 the banner was changed to a Private Limited Company.
In the year 2007 – In order to cater to outskirts of Mumbai and the Industrial areas in Navi Mumbai, we took an office at Navi Mumbai. There was no looking back, various branches were opened one after the other.
In 2008 – Pune.
In 2010 — Ahmedabad. The CHA License was extended to Ahmedabad – 2012 In 2011 – New Delhi
In 2012 – Cochin and Goa.
In 2013 – Chennai, Coimbatore, Indore with Representatives at Vadodara & Bhopal.
In 2016 – Representative office at Rajkot
- We got the MTO License in May, 1993 IATA accreditation in June 1993.
